On your first visit to 37 Degrees we recommend that you arrive
10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will
allow time to settle in and complete a consent form before
your treatment can begin.
Consent Forms
Some treatments may be contraindicated for some of our clients.
To ensure your own safety it is therefore important you disclose
any medical information, conditions, and prescriptions you
may be taking currently,or in the past to us.
It is a requirement that this is done prior to undertaking
any treatment with us.
Punctuality/ Cancellation Policy
We endeavour to run our appointments ON time.
Please ensure you arrive before your scheduled start time
to ensure you receive your full treatment as your appointment
will not run over time if you arrive late.
We recognize from time to time that appointments need to be
cancelled at short notice. No cancellation fees are incurred
at 37 Degrees but we would appreciate notification as soon
as possible so your time slot can be used by other clients.
